Mixes instantly with water to form an intense blue solution that effectively hides toilet waste. Will not soften or damage rubber or plastic components. Water-based, non-flammable formulation provides for rapid dispersion. The emulsifiers used are completely biodegradable. Will not interfere with bacterial action in sewage treatment plants or septic tanks.
